Our Team
Tom Ingram Cert CII
Tom has been with us since 2007 and became a director of the company in the summer of 2022. He has been a key member of the Village Hall team since its inception and as a result has extensive knowledge of the policy. Whilst he is now responsible for the company accounts, he continues to work very closely with the Village Hall team and our clients.

Jade Winter Cert CII
Jade has been a director of Norris & Fisher since the summer of 2022 having joined the company as a trainee in 2011 and becoming office manager in 2020. In that time, she has dealt with most of our commercial and charity clients including at both new business and renewal. Jade is now responsible for the day to day running of the company but still maintains a close relationship with our charity clients.

Adam Mussellwhite Cert CII
Adam first joined us in 2014 and has since gained vast experience in commercial and charity insurance. He now acts as a referral point for complex queries ensuring that we obtain the best results for our clients. Whilst continuing to handle new business and renewal cases, Adam also assists with implementing internal policies and procedures.

Adam Price Cert CII
Adam joined us as a trainee in 2019 after spending a year at a university in America on a golf scholarship programme. He has embraced the challenges of starting a new role and as such is now a key member of the Village Hall Team.

Molly West
Molly started with us as a trainee in the Village Hall Team in March 2024 having previously worked at a lettings agency and solicitors. She is keen to learn about the scheme but also about all aspects of charity insurance and has already started studying to become Cert CII qualified. She is particularly looking forward to building relationships with our clients.

Eli Pitt
Eli joined us and our charity team in September 2024 having previously worked as a commercial insurance broker and more recently a junior underwriter. He is enthusiastic about the opportunity to build strong relationships with our existing client base, as well as to engage with new charity and not-for-profit organisations. He is committed to providing tailored solutions and support, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood.
