Our Team
Tom Ingram Cert CII
Tom has been with us since 2007 and became a director of the company in the summer of 2022. He has been a key member of the Village Hall team since its inception and as a result has extensive knowledge of the policy. Whilst he is now responsible for the company accounts and compliance, he continues to work very closely with the Village Hall team and our clients.

Jade Winter Cert CII
Jade has been a director of Norris & Fisher since the summer of 2022 having joined the company as a trainee in 2011 and becoming office manager in 2020. In that time, she has dealt with most of our commercial and charity clients including at both new business and renewal. Jade is now responsible for the day to day running of the company but still maintains a close relationship with our charity clients.

Adam Mussellwhite Cert CII
Adam first joined us in 2014 and has since gained vast experience in commercial insurance. He left Norris & Fisher to gain more commercial insurance experience but re-joined us in 2020 when an opportunity arose to oversee the running of our scheme products. He also continues to handle new business and renewal cases.

Adam Price Cert CII
Adam joined us as a trainee in 2019 after spending a year at a university in America on a golf scholarship programme. He has embraced the challenges of starting a new role and as such is now a key member of the Village Hall Team.

Sarah Saywell Cert CII
Sarah joined us in 2019 having had previous experience in the private medical, personal motor and household insurance sectors. Her focus is now on our charity and not-for-profit clients and she is also heavily involved with our Good Neighbour Groups and Food Bank schemes.

Martyn Ingram FCII
Martyn retired as director of the company in 2022 after over 40 years experience in the insurance industry. He was instrumental in attaining our Chartered Insurance Broker status and developing our Village Hall and Charity schemes. Whilst no longer actively involved in the company, Martyn still acts as a consultant for the business.
